Manage Project Spaces

A Project Space is your team’s personalised performance dashboard. It presents your team’s sprint summary, highlighting your current vs usual performance across a range of attributes and supporting agile success metrics.

Your Project Space is managed from your Project Space tool bar located on the right side of your dashboard.

Add a new Project Space

  1. In the top left corner of your dashboard, select the arrow-down button next to the name of your current project space, and select ‘Add a Project'

2. Begin setting up your new Project Space by choosing a Jira Software board used in the project you
wish to add.

3. Continue setting up your Project Space by selecting project sources from each of the connected tools that you use to manage your project.

4. Once your Project Sources have been selected, you’ll be asked to confirm which team members you wish to include as Project Contributors. Your Project Space will only reflect the work of selected Project Contributors.

Archive Project Space

Presently, Umano does not enable Project Spaces to be removed or archived as a self-service feature. If this is an action you would like to take, please email us directly on info@umano.tech.

Edit Project Sources

  1. Click on ‘Sources’ in the right toolbar to edit the sources that feed your Project Space, and select the ‘Edit’ pencil icon.
