Manage Workspaces

Your Workspace is a dedicated environment hosted on AWS with the benefit of acting as your team’s Umano data separately from all other customers. Here, you will be able to manage which tools you want connected to Umano so that teams can find their project sources and contributors when creating and managing their Project Space.

Manage Tools

Being able to manage and configure your tools provides the flexibility for you to add or remove a tools that Umano connects to when generating its performance insight.

Click on your Avatar (bottom icon in your left-side toolbar, and select ‘Settings’.

By selecting ‘Tools’ under ‘Settings’ you will land on your tool configuration page.

Edit Tools

To edit or delete any of the tools currently connected, select the edit pencil ‘icon’.

Add Tools

If you wish view connect a new tool to Umano and expand the number of traits and agile success metrics visible for your team, simply select ‘Add Tool’ on your Tool configuration page. Clicking your desired tool will take you through the tool onboarding journey unique to that tool. Learn more about the process and permissions you’ll need to connecting new tools here.
